Your roles and responsibilities
- The Head of Cybersecurity Engineering is primarily responsible for the direction, definition, and implementation of the cybersecurity engineering and software updates vision, strategy and the management systems associated with engineering applications and is working closely with the different business heads of cybersecurity engineering
- You represent and oversee the Corporate Product Cybersecurity Engineering Organisation internally and externally
- You are responsible for managing and developing the Corporate Cybersecurity Team inside the Corporate Engineering Process Team
- You define and maintain the Vision and Strategy for Product Cybersecurity Engineering and Software Updates
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of the Management Systems for Cybersecurity and Software Updates in close cooperation with and supporting the relevant Business Units
- You ensure compliance with Product Cybersecurity Norms, including Continuous Monitoring, escalation and crisis Management processes
Your skills and strengths
- You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science / electronics / electrical engineering / telecommunications technology or similar
- You have several years of professional experience
- You ideally benefit from a certification as a Cybersecurity Engineering Professional
- You have knowledge of existing and future international compliance requirements, standards and regulations (R155, R156, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089, ...)
- You have experience in the area of international requirements and standards of the automotive industry (Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ...)
- In addition, you have experience with model-based SSE development methods and development tools (product and application lifecycle management and modeling tools, SysML and UML languages, requirements, configuration and test management, ...)
- You have excellent leadership and management skills
- You are able to communicate even difficult issues in a target group-oriented manner, build networks in the global cyber security community and promote cross-functional knowledge exchange
- You are business fluent in German and English and have excellent communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
