The HubSpot Marketing Team is looking for a Spanish-speaking, user-centric growth marketer to own email nurturing programs to help free users and leads evaluate our lower-cost products, Starter, and optimise our Starter customer demand experiences through marketing automation.
This role will focus on the self-service customer experience for our small business audience in Latin America and Spain from signup to purchase and adoption to upgrade for our Starter products. This role sits on our Email Competency team, which oversees the email automation experience for prospects, leads and customers for international.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to scale with automation.
You’ll experiment, build, personalise, and scale our automation that brings users from awareness to purchase. You’ll work closely with an experienced group of automation & growth marketers in developing a cohesive customer experience alongside our Product team and Marketing Demand team. We’re passionate about building a customer journey that is delightful, self-service, and scalable.

You’ll get to:
- Own and optimise email nurturing programs - from ideation to implementation
- Understand what your audiences need to be successful through user research and analysis, using that to develop impactful communications & programming
- Design, write, and build email automation, including the positioning, segmentation and basic operations
- Report on the performance of your program to your team and stakeholders
- Experiment to optimise and iterate on your work using data-driven decision-making and creativity, constantly finding new ways to provide value at every step of the customer journey
- Collaborate with other automation marketers to learn best practices, expand your program’s impact, and create a consistent customer experience across channels
We’re looking for people who:
- Know the Latin America/Spanish audiences
- Are passionate about the user experience and email automation
- Have an analytical mind and a passion for diving into data to inform decision-making
- Are hands-on, with comfort driving experimentation and day-to-day execution
- Have a habit of experimentation and view it as an essential tool for strategy
- Are agile and experimental learners, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals
- Are organised and process-oriented to find inefficiencies and develop repeatable, efficient methods of nurturing automation
You should have the following skills or experiences:
- Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken
- Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or other marketing programs
- Highly adaptable - you have a proven ability to execute in a quickly evolving environment
- Experienced at using data and experimentation to fuel marketing programming
- Passionate about bringing new ideas to the table. Ability to re-invent and not just execute on status quo, comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment
