At the earliest possible date we are looking for a full-time Programmatic Lead International (all genders) in Munich , Hamburg , Cologne or Berlin for Mediaplus Realtime – part of the Serviceplan Group .
What you can expect from us:
- Direct contact for our clients and international partner agencies when it comes to their programmatic campaigns and the strategies behind them
- Development of programmatic campaigns and strategies
- Creation of monitoring and optimization guidelines to derive client-oriented recommendations for action
- Development of best practice models, as well as input for dashboards
- Preparation of presentations and cases as well as drafting of proposals
- Coordinating interface as part of an international team between clients, agencies and campaign management
What we expect from you:
- Deep understanding of campaign setup and various programmatic campaign management technologies in the areas of ad serving, tracking, analytics and data
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in programmatic campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer requirements as well as KPIs in online business
- Sociability and a strong ability to work service-oriented
- Technical affinity, strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Curiosity and aptitude to take on complex topics
- Fluent English and skills in the German language are very welcome
