You can look forward to
Together with a team of experienced colleagues, you take responsibility worldwide for the administration and operation of our systems centred around communication and collaboration. They include, among others, Microsoft Office 365 and especially MS Teams, including telephony, as well as mobile devices, video rooms and hybrid meeting spaces.
- Administration of and support for Microsoft 365, telephony and mobile communications
- Planning, implementing and supporting digital events of the Hannover Re Group in both German and English
- Collaborating with external service providers on rolling out and supporting systems and services
- Elaborating concepts relating to collaboration and communication as well as client management
- Willingness to provide on-/off-premise training in the use of new technologies and functionalities
You come equipped with
- Several years of experience in systems management in distributed systems as well as in the development and operation of 3-tier applications and Azure environments
- In-depth project management skills that you have proven in practice coupled with knowledge of the latest server and client technologies in the Microsoft environment
- Extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting or alternative automation environments
- Degree in computer science / business IT or vocational training in a technical/commercial profession
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- Enthusiasm for cross-department project work and interacting with IT users as well as for the application of agile working methods
- Willingness to work outside regular response times (before 7:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. and at weekends) in agreed cases
