You can look forward to
Within a dynamic team of IT and HR experts, you support the worldwide roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) as well as the associated changes in roles and processes in the area of Global Human Resources.
- Functional enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with users and key users of the implemented SF module
- Planning and coordination of system adjustments based on global functional requirements of the specialist departments
- Moderating and advisory role within the Global Human Resources community with regard to the feasibility of requirements and innovations arising out of releases and the SAP Roadmap
- Managing release upgrades from a functional perspective
- Planning, steering and participating in future HR IT projects as a (sub-) project manager
- Taking on the role of key user for at least one module (ideally Employee Central)
- Building and managing the global key user communities and the associated exchange among them
You come equipped with
- Initial professional experience with the roll-out and implementation of SuccessFactors
- Good operational knowledge of HR processes
- Well-versed in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
- Successfully completed degree in computer science, business IT or economics, ideally with a concentration on HR, or comparable qualification
- Experience in project and process management
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- Capacity for analytical thinking and focus on problem-solving
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
