Payroll Manager (m/f/d) – Hamburg

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Independently prepare and execute payroll for a specified employee group.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees with inquiries related to payroll.
• Manage communications with social security institutions, authorities, and other relevant entities, overseeing the reporting and certification system.
• Take independent responsibility in projects to aid the ongoing development of systems and processes within HR.

Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training with previous experience in payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and an inclination towards IT-related topics.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Service mentality with outstanding teamwork and collaborative skills.
