Your Tasks

• You take on a crucial leadership role in the design, development, and management of our sectors in the corporate banking business, in which you shine with your professional, entrepreneurial and communication skills.
• To be precise, you oversee 80 colleagues, act as a role model, coach and international liaison and lead the teams in seven different sectors – from energy and technology to transport and logistics – to success.
• With a clear focus on growth you identify chances, set objectives and implement strategic initiatives to position us as a leading player in a wide range of industries
• This involves taking responsibility for budgets as well as risk management and ensuring that actions are always in line with strategy and that business targets are achieved.
• As the "face" of the German sector organisation, you represent us both within the ING Group and externally, strengthening our position in the market, sharing your knowledge and identifying optimal cross-selling opportunities.

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration or a related economical field
• Sound professional experience in the banking business
• Inspiring and motivating leader who actively promotes diversity and inclusion and fosters a positive working environment
• Sure sense of tact paired with with a confident demeanour to act with authority and on an equal footing across hierarchies
• Good analytical as well as excellent presentation skills, strategic foresight and positive mindset
• Fluent in English and German
