Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Professional Digital Enabler Trainer to join our Digital and Technology team based in Dusseldorf, Germany. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on various digital tools and applications to our workforce of approximately 7,000 employees.
You will also be involved in creating and updating training content, wikis, and other learning resources.

- Use AI tools like Synthesia to create engaging and interactive training content

Your profile
- Enthusiasm for acquiring, teaching and developing the digital skills of a large varied workforce
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English languages
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in designing and delivering digital training programs with particular emphasis on the M365 product suite.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Purview, Sensitivity Labels, Information Rights Management, and Data Loss Prevention
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Content Lifecycle Management, and other Corporate business-related applications
- Demonstrated outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and facilitation
- Can collaborate independently and with others across different seniority levels, from junior to senior leaders
- Choosing how, where, and when to work in accordance with your team and the requirements of your job
