The candidate:
- Bridges Offer/Buying and People & Culture/HR Functions by having an Offer/Buying backgroung while working in Learning & Development, providing & creating learning solutions
- Is in charge for strategy workshops and their outcomes with regard to the transformation in Offer Management
- Shape the M by beeing responsible to provide a Capability Framework for Offer function, measuring capability gaps and identifying learning needs
- Is responsible to provide both, learning solutions (scale) and talent development programs (selective) for Offer function
- Identifies local L&D programs and best practices to make them available for the whole METRO countries
- Goes beyond specific function and aligns approaches and content with peers to develop ONE holistic L&D framework for Wholesale capability building
- Builds a strong local trainer network for the delivery of learning solutions
- Follows up and measures impact of all L&D measures on a monthly base by knowing target group in terms of numbers, progress, link to sCore Card and business KPIs
- Positions Talent & Organizational Development and its House of Learning as implementation partner for the business via people enablement and wholesale capability building
- Minimum 5 years job experience and proven success record in Offer/ Category Management, managing preferable a Food or Non-Food category in FMCG
- Passion for growth: Ieffectively able to transfer business requirements into learning solutions
- Good knowledge about modern/ innovative learning formats (incl. on-the-job)
- Excellent communication and consulting skills to communicate on an eye level with senior management, functional leads, country board members, and local L&D teams
- Excellent project management skills, selling and persuasion skills to steer international projects and rollouts
- Experienced in the moderation of business/ company transformation and related change management
- Already gained first people management skills and leadership experience
- Skills and high interest to train and coach people
- Excellent analytical skills to measure the impact of L&D measures
