Stellenbeschreibung
- Responsible to oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing IFRS and ensure high quality
- Identify inconsistencies in bookkeeping and resolve them promptly
- Improve the accounting processes and drive standardization and digitalization
- Manage, inspire and develop a team of 12 members and ensure proper hiring, staffing and onboarding
- Contact person for other internal stakeholders
Profil
- Academic degree in finance or similar
- Several years of experience in an auditing firm or in the accounting department
- Good accounting knowledge according to IFRS
- Proven leadership experience
- fluent English required and good communication skills
